TIRADS Calculator

About TIRADS Calculator

TIRADS (Thyroid Imaging Reporting and Data System) is a scoring system used to evaluate thyroid nodules based on ultrasound characteristics. The system assigns points to specific features such as composition, echogenicity, shape, margin, and echogenic foci, which are then totaled to classify the nodule into one of the TIRADS categories.

This calculator helps clinicians assess the risk of malignancy for thyroid nodules and aids in making decisions regarding follow-up or biopsy. Simply select the relevant characteristics for each feature, and the calculator will provide the total score, TIRADS category, and malignancy risk.
